Flight data is lost after Sync

Pilots have reported loss of data that was recorded in the CrewLounge PILOTLOG app during flight. The data is overwritten (reset) with planned data from the crew roster. This happens when synchronizing the CrewLounge PILOTLOG app with the CrewLounge cloud server.


This issue is caused by an incomplete understanding of how to use the CrewLounge PILOTLOG logbook app in combination with the CrewLounge CONNECT roster app. Read the following solution article and apply one of the solutions listed under "Disable Events Sharing":
