All pilots using CrewLounge PILOTLOG, including the free Student Edition, have automatic database backup. The number of backups you can make, depends on your plan (read here).
How to make a Backup
The software makes automatic backups every X days, according to your settings. These backups are stored in CrewLounge Cloud.
You can also make manual backups to other media, like an external data storage device, or other cloud storage media, such as iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.

How to restore a Backup
There are various reasons for which you may want to restore a backup. However, restoring a backup is not always needed. It depends on the circumstances.
