If your first attempt to import your database from mccPILOTLOG into the new CrewLounge PILOTLOG did not work out as expected, or if you decided to continue using mccPILOTLOG a bit longer, you need to follow these steps for a new transfer :

  1. Login to My CrewLounge - My Account and press the CLEAR DATABASE button under Database Reset.
  2. Delete and re-install the mobile apps
  3. Delete and re-install the desktop app.  Restart and install latest update.
  4. Do a new export from mccPILOTLOG from Tools - Helpdesk page
  5. Do a new import of the JSON file on My CrewLounge - Import JSON
