Redo the import from mccPILOTLOG

If your first attempt to transfer your database from mccPILOTLOG to the new CrewLounge PILOTLOG did not work out as expected, or if you decided to continue using mccPILOTLOG a bit longer after trying out CrewLounge PILOTLOG, you need to accomplish the following steps for a new transfer :

1) My CrewLounge

Login to My CrewLounge - My Database (login here) and press the CLEAR DATABASE button in the PILOTLOG - Database Reset frame.

2) Mobile apps

Delete and re-install the mobile app (on all mobile devices).

3) Desktop application

There is no need to delete and re-install the desktop.  Instead, go to the Tools page and proceed with the Start-Over function.


Make sure you run the latest version of mccPILOTLOG, there have been recent changes to the export function.  Do a new export from mccPILOTLOG from Tools - Helpdesk page.

5) My CrewLounge

Import the JSON file on My CrewLounge - Import JSON

6) Sync Devices

You can now start-up your devices (mobile and desktop) again.  The initial sync may take a bit of time, up to 10 minutes.
