Pilots and Flight Attendants at Southwest Airlines can import their flight schedule as follows:

Planned Roster

• swaLife:  import your planned roster straight from the company crew portal

This solution is more convenient for the calendar roster app CrewLounge CONNECT and is also available to cabin crew. 

Select the swaLife interface for Southwest Airlines from the mobile app Settings - Airline Interface page in your CrewLounge AERO app. 

Historical Data

• SWAPA:  import your pilot logbook

Download your pilot logbook from the Southwest Airlines Pilots Association web portal. Download the CSV file!

Select the SWAPA interface for Southwest Airlines from the mobile app Settings - Airline Interface page in your CrewLounge AERO app. 

You can now import the CSV file with your historical flight data straight into your CrewLounge PILOTLOG logbook.
