Lufthansa | Import your flight roster

Modified on Thu, 11 Aug, 2022 at 8:11 AM

CrewLounge AERO is official partner for Lufthansa FlightOps/Crew. Our apps are directly connected to the Lufthansa Crew Management System - API. The connection is available to Lufthansa (main carrier) and Lufthansa Cargo crew.

Pilots and cabin crew can download their flight schedule with our popular roster app CrewLounge CONNECT. Pilots can import planned and historical flying directly into their personal pilot logbook with CrewLounge PILOTLOG.

How to import your flight schedule

Download and install CrewLounge CONNECT or CrewLounge PILOTLOG on your mobile device.  Configure the app as follows:

  1. On the Settings - Airlines page, select Lufthansa or Lufthansa Cargo
  2. Enter your credentials that you use with Lufthansa
  3. Press the download button

In accordance with Lufthansa's developer guidelines, your login details do not pass through and are not stored on our cloud server. The mobile phone / tablet connects directly to the Lufthansa network.

Off-line interface

As an alternative to the direct connection to Lufthansa, you can also use the off-line PDF import function.  Select the "Einsatzplan CAS" interface from the Settings - Airline list.

You can import the PDF file through the mobile apps, the desktop app and through My CrewLounge (login here).

Additional guidelines for pilots using the logbook app CrewLounge PILOTLOG

1) on the Settings - Airline page, select the LH interface

  • fill-out the different settings that come with this interface

2) on the same page in the Import Events section, make sure that Historical Data is turned On for Flights (and Duty - optional)

  • if you run CrewLounge PILOTLOG on multiple devices (iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac, PC) then verify the settings on ALL your devices (just to make sure that everything got synched)

3) on the Pilot List page, edit pilot SELF and insert your company PK Number as Employee ID.

  • omitting this step may result in your name and Pilot SELF both being listed on the same flight.  Continue with this solution article "SELF and My Name showing double" (read here) to clean-up your logs.
  • if you do not share your PK Number with external apps, you need to insert your first and last name in the Roster Alias field

4) on the Settings - Flight Logging page, select AUTO LOAD TASK

5) you may also want to read the following solution articles to configure auto-load of PIC, SIC and PICUS time:
