CrewLounge CONNECT downloads your flight roster straight from your airline crew web portal.   With Export to Calendar enabled, all events are then exported to the external calendar of your choice, like iOS, Google, Outlook, etc.

Trouble Shooting

Should the CONNECT app not export to the events to the selected calendar, do the following :

On the Download Roster page :

  • Download your flight roster another time
  • Verify the Sync Log, it should say "Export to Calendar (name of the calendar)"
  • Continue with a) or b)

a) Sync Log does not mention "Export to Calendar"

Export is not enabled

On the Settings page of the CONNECT app :

  • On the Settings - Export to OS Calendar page, make sure Export to OS Calendar is selected ON

b) Sync Log does show "Export to Calendar (name of calendar)"

Export is enabled, but fails

On the Settings page of the CONNECT app :

  • Press the icon and re-select the Calendar again (while the name of the calendar is still shown, the background handle to the calendar may got broken when updating the CONNECT app or updating the OS)

In the Mobile Device OS Settings :

  • Make sure the selected Calendar is not read-only (image 1)
  • Verify CONNECT does have access rights to the Calendar (image 2)
  • Consider to create a new calendar in OS Settings and see if that work for you (image 1)
