After downloading your flight schedule through one of the many airline interfaces, you can export your roster to any external calendar, like Apple, Google, Outlook, etc.
On this page, you read how to export your roster to any external calendar app :
CrewLounge PILOTLOG
There is no Calendar export function in CrewLounge PILOTLOG.
The reason is that we want the calendar export function to be "complete". CrewLounge PILOTLOG logs flights and simulator only. It does not have information about your off-days, hotel overnight, medical check, meetings, and so on. Hence our decision to not offer calendar export from CrewLounge PILOTLOG.
You can still export your roster from My CrewLounge - read below.
CrewLounge CONNECT
You can export your roster from CrewLounge CONNECT to any calendar that is available on your phone / tablet. Typically Apple Calendar and Google Calendar.
If you cannot reach your calendar from the phone (e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Lightning) - read further, below the video.
Video Tutorial
This Video Tutorial explains the basic steps how to configure export to the mobile calendar :
If you encounter issues with the export, continue here :
My CrewLounge
We recommend using the calendar export function from CrewLounge CONNECT. The app synchronizes all your events fully automatic. That includes updating existing events (e.g. crew change on a flight) and deleting events (when a classroom meeting is removed from your roster).
If you do not use CrewLounge CONNECT, give it a try - totally free : connect.crewlounge.aero
In the event CrewLounge CONNECT cannot access your calendar (e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Lightning), you can use the "ICS Export" function from My CrewLounge. ICS (Internet Calendaring and Scheduling) is an international calendar format and is used by most web, email and calendar apps.
Important Note
ICS Export works single-way! Doing the export a second time, creates double events in your calendar. You must therefor first manually delete all events from your external calendar, prior to importing a new ICS file (for a given date window).
