Your Roster
Some airlines publish the entire crew list on our roster, so you know who else is part of your mission.
Some companies prefer not publishing the name of your fellow crew members on the roster, either to meet privacy policy regulations, or simply because the crew roster management software does not offer this functionality.
And then there are companies that publish the crew list, but it shows 3-letter codes, so you are just guessing who Captain PBN could be.
Rebuild Crew List
With CrewLounge AERO, we take care of all this. If the Crew List is not published on your roster, we rebuild it for you.
Our software automatically searches the cloud server database and brings together all crew members on your flight. The more colleagues use CrewLounge AERO software, the more complete the crew list on your roster will be.
Should you prefer not being listed on the roster of your fellow crew members, you can opt out of this through the Privacy Settings page, inside the app, or via My CrewLounge - My Privacy (login here).
Identify Yourself
In the event your company does publish the crew list, very often the names do not match your full name, the name is truncated, etc.
e.g. Your full name is Juan Carlos Mandolarez, but on the roster (of others) it shows like J.C. Mandolarez, JUAN MANDOLAREZ, JCMAND, JMA, Mandolarez, J. , and so on...
In order to link your "roster name" with your CrewLounge AERO account, you must insert the name "as printed" (including the spaces and dots) in the Roster Name field of My CrewLounge - My Profile (login here)
