CrewLounge CONNECT and PILOTLOG can import roster data from the company's Subscription Calendar feed.
Currently, we support the following calendar feeds:
CrewApp
- BlueBird Nordic
- Air Atlanta Icelandic
If your company is not listed, contact us to have your company calendar scheme added.
How to get started?
1. In the CrewLounge app, go to Settings - Airline and select your airline from the list.
2. Copy the Calendar Subscription URL from your company portal / app to the clipboard on your phone.
3. Paste the URL into the Calendar URL field on the Airline configuration page in the CrewLounge app.

The CrewLounge app has no control over the date range that is published in the calendar feed. The app grabs anything it can find in the feed.
When you hit the Planned Roster download button, the CrewLounge app collects all data starting today, as far as published in the feed.
When you press the Historical Data download button, the CrewLounge app will pull all data from the calendar feed that falls within the date range you selected in the CrewLounge app, without any guarantee that company roster data for that date range is available in the feed. The download can therefore return zero events.
