Pilots and flight attendants can import their flight schedule and pilot logbook from Leon Software, as follows:
Online import
You can download your planned roster from the Leon portal.
On your mobile device (iOS/Android), select your company from the Settings - Airline list in your CrewLounge CONNECT or PILOTLOG app. Next, on the Airline page, press the "Get My Roster" button. This will download your complete flight schedule (including off-days and ground meetings) from the My Schedule page in Leon and import into your CrewLounge AERO app.
You can also download historical data from the Leon portal. This function will download details from the My Schedule page inside Leon. Historical data is not complete, for instance, it does not have the OOOI hours.
Off-line import
For pilots, we recommend that you use the off-line import function. This procedure is 2-step:
1) Download the CSV file
Login to the Leon portal and go to the CREW - Logbook Export page. Click the "Export to CrewLounge" button.
This generates a CSV file with flight details, such as Night Time, PF, Takeoff/Landing, and the OOOI hours.
2) Import the CSV file
Share the CSV file with the CrewLounge PILOTLOG app on your mobile phone or the desktop Airline page. You can also upload the CSV file through the online portal My CrewLounge (here).
