My computer harddisk crashed, how do I recover my records ?

We receive that call every day...! No stress, we have your back !

All users with CrewLounge PILOTLOG (including pilots on the free Student Edition) have one or more database backups on the CrewLounge Cloud Server.  We also hold a backup of your images (endorsement signatures, pilot pictures, etc)


So, after you recover from a harddisk crash (repair or replacement), simply continue as follows :

  1. Install CrewLounge PILOTLOG on your new computer  (download here)
  2. Login with your CrewLounge AERO account
  3. All records will automatically download from CrewLounge AERO to your desktop


That's it !
