How to download your roster | CONNECT

Modified on Sun, 15 Oct 2023 at 04:05 PM

CrewLounge AERO connects with more than 140 different Crew Management Systems and more than 600 airline companies!  We import flight data from the airline crew web portal, PDF/CSV roster files, and several other systems!

Visit our website (here) for the list of supported airlines for your CONNECT app.

What data is imported?

CrewLounge PILOTLOG is a logbook application.  As such, it will only import flights, simulator and duty time (flight duty periods) from your roster.  Whereas CrewLounge CONNECT imports all events, including classroom meetings, ground duties and your off-days.

Flights downloaded through the CrewLounge CONNECT app will also appear in CrewLounge PILOTLOG, and opposite, unless you turn-off event sharing.  Read more here:

How does this work?

Depending on the system used by your company, the interface works online (web login), offline (file import), via email or a combination of these:

Online Interface

  • The mobile app connects straight to your crew web portal.  The airline interface downloads your flight schedule or historical flight data.  This process runs fully automatic, with a tap of the button.

File Interface

  • You must manually download your roster from the company crew web portal.
  • Share the file with the CrewLounge PILOTLOG (web or mobile) app, or upload the file to My CrewLounge (our web portal), here: My CrewLounge - Upload my roster

The events on your roster are parsed, and then synchronized to all devices that you use with CrewLounge AERO.

How to use the Airline Interface?

In the CrewLounge CONNECT app, click on MY ROSTER on the dashboard and further to the Download page.

Open the first tab:

  • select your airline
  • insert your crew portal login credentials
  • set your preferences for download
  • insert the Check-In and Check-Out times

Next, on the Download page, press the Get my Roster button.

The off-line interface is not documented here.

Particularities for your airline, or for the type of interface that you use, are listed here:    Airlines & Interfaces
