You may encounter this issue when you login to your PILOTLOG account on macOS desktop.
Here are a few steps to add fix this issue:
1. go to Applications, right-click on PILOTLOG and select Show Package Contents
2. inside Contents > MacOS folder, there is a PILOTLOG file, right click and open it with TextEdit
3. once the file is opened, scroll to the bottom until you see the below information:
4.above the text #export, add the below line, then close the TextEdit window.
export MONO_TLS_PROVIDER=btls
