How to Pause my subscription?

There are times in life that your LIFE IN THE SKY stands still for a moment. Job loss, giving birth to an amazing baby, illness or medical injury, the loss of a loved one, or you just need a break!

 

With CrewLounge AERO you can pause your subscription, when you do not fly for a longer period of time. These are the conditions:


  • you can pause your subscription for as long as you want
  • you can start a new pause only once per calendar year (*)


(*) for example;  

You pause your license from Oct 1st, 2022 until March 1st, 2023 - You can start a new pause later in 2023.

You pause your license from Oct 1st, 2022 until Oct 15th, 2022 - You cannot start a new pause in 2022. You must wait until 2023 to start a new pause for this module.


   

While your license is paused, you cannot use the apps (mobile, desktop, web) for that module.

Do not use the pause function for a short break, such as your annual leave. Save this feature for when you really need it! Life often brings surprises, and those are the moments that we have your back!



How to Pause my Subscription?

Login to My CrewLounge - User - My Account (login here) and press the Pause button next to the module you want to pause. 


The pause button only appears for apps for which you have a paid license with an expiration date.



When you pause a module, you will be immediately locked out of all apps (mobile, desktop, web) for that module. 


The remaining days for your subscription will be displayed, and are restored as soon as you resume the subscription.




How to Resume my Subscription?


Login to My CrewLounge - User - My Account (login here) and press the Resume button.  You can now login again with the apps.


You cannot pause this module again in the same calendar year in which the previous pause was started - see examples above.



FAQ

I purchased a new license while my subscription was paused


No problem!  Your subscription remains paused, and your purchase is added to the remaining days of your paused subscription.  

You can login to My CrewLounge - User - My Account (login here) and see that 1, 3 or 5 years have been added to your account.
