Maximum number of Devices

With a single CrewLounge AERO user account, you get access to all CrewLounge software modules and the CrewLounge SHOP.  A single user account can be used from a maximum of 5 different devices.


This is how devices are counted :


e.g.

  • you use CrewLounge PILOTLOG on the mobile phone, tablet and desktop, that counts for 3 devices
  • you use CrewLounge CONNECT and CrewLounge FLY from the same phone, that counts for 1 device



You receive the following error message when you exceed the maximum number of devices :






Devices are automatically added to your device list whenever you connect with CrewLounge AERO. You can view and manage the device list through My CrewLounge - My Account





Deleting devices will not cause any issues with the app or your account.  It will not erase any records from your app database. Deleting a device from the list will simply log you out from the system.  You must then re-login with your account credentials.


Use this function to remove older devices that you no longer use. If you do not recognize the devices, you may as well just delete all and login again with each device.  Again, it will not cause any damage.
