The logbook for South Africa is a complex. CrewLounge PILOTLOG prints the values as follows:

(*) simulator is only printed if associated fields are enabled on the Logbook - Simulator Config page (desktop app).
(**) to allow printing of Actual and Simulated hours on column 9 without printing the hours on column 8, select "Do not print / do not count" for Actual Instrument and select a device on on the Logbook - Simulator Config page.
(***) to allow printing of Instructor and Examiner hours on column 12 without printing the hours on columns 10 and 11, select "Do not print / do not count" for Instructor and select a device for Examiner on the Logbook - Simulator Config page.
