THIS SOLUTION IS ABOUT mccPILOTLOG - DO NOT USE FOR CrewLounge PILOTLOG

Can we share a single user license ?

The license key is linked to your name.  You cannot use the license key with another pilot name.  Using a common license key, will corrupt mccCLOUD data synchronization (database backup and mobile phone sync).

Can we run the software twice on the same computer ?

Yes, you can !  Continue as follows :

  1. Run the software and make sure the application has synched with mccCLOUD -  ENT Users

  2. Duplicate the files, as per instructions for  Windows PC  or  Mac OS  listed below
  3. Launch the second application :
  •      On the Tools - Start Over page, delete all records from the database
  •      On the Tools - Upgrade to PRO-ENT page, modify the User Name and replace (or remove) the License Key

About Step 2 :

 Windows 2000-XP

  1. Copy the entire application folder from its default location C:\Program Files\MCC Pilotlog
  2. Paste (duplicate) the entire folder to any other location
  3. Create an additional desktop shortcut to mccPILOTLOG.exe in the new location

 Windows Vista-7-8-10

The application is stored in 2 parts :

  • The start-up (splash screen) and update controller is located in C:\Program Files\MCC Pilotlog.
  • The main application (with database) is located in C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\MCC Pilotlog

 Mac OS
